To keep Sir Dodong’s Lechon quality and freshness topnotch, he has farms in Quezon and in Bicol provinces where he organically feeds and raises the pigs. He then processes the pigs with the highest ethical and sanitation standards in his lechon facility in Tranca, Laguna.

His native lechon won 1st runner up at the 2016 Lechon Master Showdown at the Riviera Golf and Country Club in Silang, Cavite.

Meet Sir Dodong

Sir Dodong Gordoncillo, PhD, is a distinguished professor of agricultural economics in UP Los Baños. Growing up in a small town in Mindanao, he learned how to make scrumptious lechon the authentic Visayan way. Aside from being an economist and master lechonero, he loves to play guitar, tennis, golf, and ride his motorbike across the country.

He is married to Dr. Chichi Gordoncillo. She is a nutritionist and professor in UP Los Baños. When it comes to food, she is very scrupulous about food preparation. She and Sir Dodong are parents to two daughters who also graduated from UP. Their younger daughter studied agribusiness management, while the eldest daughter took up communication.

His family is keen on excellence, and will deliver nothing but excellent lechon cooked with love.
